1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the StudyKits application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. StudyKits is operated by AITYTECH ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

StudyKits is a certification exam preparation application that provides:

  • Practice questions with detailed explanations for various certification exams
  • Exam simulation mode with timed practice tests
  • Study progress tracking and performance analytics
  • Bookmarking and review features for targeted studying
  • Multi-language support for question content

3. User Accounts

The current version of StudyKits (v1) does not require user accounts or registration. All study data is stored locally on your device. Pro purchase status is managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

4. Pricing

StudyKits offers the following tiers:

  • Free: Access to the first 3 question sets per certification app at no cost.
  • Pro: $4.99 one-time in-app purchase (USD) per certification - Unlocks the full 1,000+ question bank for that certification, including exam simulation, offline access, and all features.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region due to app store pricing tiers and local tax regulations.

5. In-App Purchases and Billing

  • One-Time Purchase: Pro is a one-time in-app purchase per certification. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
  • Managing Purchases: You can view your past purchases through your device's app store account (Settings > Apple ID on iOS, or Google Play Store > Account on Android).
  • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the App Store or Google Play refund policies. Contact [email protected] for assistance.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. Previously purchased Pro access is not affected by price changes.

6. Content Accuracy Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully:

  • All practice questions and explanations in StudyKits are created for educational purposes only.
  • StudyKits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, Project Management Institute (PMI), or any other certification provider.
  • Certification exam names such as AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Associate, Azure Administrator, PMP, and others are trademarks of their respective owners.
  • We do not guarantee that using StudyKits will result in passing any certification exam. Exam success depends on many factors including your preparation, experience, and the actual exam content.
  • While we strive for accuracy, question content may contain errors or become outdated as certification exams evolve. We recommend using StudyKits alongside official study materials.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The StudyKits application, including its design, code, and user interface, is the property of AITYTECH and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • All practice questions, explanations, and educational content within the App are the property of AITYTECH.
  • AWS, Amazon Web Services, and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.
  • Google Cloud, GCP, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
  • Microsoft Azure and related marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
  • PMP and PMBOK are trademarks of Project Management Institute, Inc.
  • All other certification names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any questions, explanations, or content from the App.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any other means to extract content from the App.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute Pro content or features with users who have not purchased Pro.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part of it.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to circumvent any in-app purchase or access restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • We make no guarantees regarding exam pass rates or certification outcomes.
  • In no event shall AITYTECH's total liability to you exceed the total amount you have paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • AITYTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
